Before you ask
Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery, returns, and collecting work from Kay's Works.
Orders ship from Kaduna, Nigeria. Nigerian orders are handled through GIG Logistics — delivery to any state, with pickup at a nearby GIG station available on request. International orders ship via DHL or UPS, typically delivering within a few business days. Prints ship flat in a rigid mailer; large prints ship rolled in a protective tube.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, weather, or the carrier may be outside Kay's Works' control. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address — additional costs from an incorrect address may be charged to the customer.
International duties and taxes are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. The carrier will contact you if anything is due on arrival.
We accept cards via Flutterwave (international — Visa, Mastercard) and Paystack (Nigerian cards, bank transfer, USSD). We also accept cryptocurrency: ETH and stablecoins (USDC, USDT) on Ethereum, plus XTZ on Tezos. Crypto payments are confirmed on-chain before your order is finalised.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where technically possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.
Changes & cancellations: Contact Kay's Works as soon as possible. Cancellation is usually possible before production or fulfilment begins. Once a print has entered production or an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition and packaging. Unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return delivery costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Custom artwork, commissions, personalised products, digital products, and signed or numbered limited editions are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This does not affect any rights provided by applicable consumer law. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Report damage, defects, or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographs showing the complete item, the damaged or incorrect area, the outer and inner packaging, and the shipping label and order number.
Keep the item and all original packaging until the claim is resolved. A replacement, repair, or refund will be arranged after the claim has been reasonably verified. Fabricated, materially altered, or AI-generated evidence will invalidate the claim.
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact Kay's Works so an investigation can be opened with the carrier. A shipment is considered lost only after the carrier confirms it cannot be delivered or recovered.
Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Minor variations in hand-finished or handmade products are natural and not considered defects. Prints are supplied unframed; listed dimensions refer to the complete sheet size including borders. Frames and room mockups are for visual reference only.
Limited editions are produced in fixed quantities and will not be reprinted. Availability may be divided between sizes — "Edition of 50" refers to the complete edition across all sizes unless otherwise stated. Each applicable print is signed, numbered, and supplied with its stated authenticity documentation. Once the run sells out, no more are made.
Customer information is used only to process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and send marketing where opted in. Kay's Works does not store complete card details or sell customers' personal information.
Purchasing an artwork, print, or product transfers ownership of that physical item only.
